Types of STD and STI
Chlamydia is one of the most widespread sexually transmitted infections in the UK. Chlamydia sometimes has no visible symptoms, so it can regularly go undiagnosed. However, the infection is treatable once diagnosed. If it’s left untreated, chlamydia could lead to pelvic pain, pain during intercourse, & sometimes bleeding between periods. Men may suffer from swelling of the tube leading from the bladder to the end of the penis, in addition to swelling of the tube leading from the testes to the penis.
Syphilis is also an extremely serious sexually transmitted infection, which is caused by bacteria known as treponema pallidum. Syphilis is usually transmitted during sexual contact. It can also be transmitted by skin contact with someone that has syphilis sores or a syphilis rash or by infected blood transfusions. The symptoms are the same in women & men, but they can be difficult to recognise. Without treatment, the syphilis infection can cause hardcore long-term damage and lead to death.

I want to be a good dancer (not professional). Have any tips or advice?I'm 14 and do ballet and contemporary dancing, but I've only started being serious about dance this year. I want to be more fit , strong, graceful, lean and slim like a dancer. Have any advice? Should I do more dance classes? Any advice would be great including health and diet and fitness. Thank you!
I'd mostly like to be a contemporary dancer, btw, i'm just taking ballet to get better at contemporary. Do you think I should do different styles as well? Just out of interest, do you think there's any chance of me becoming a professional if I just started dancing this year? THank you so much!
